I was born by the sea and learned that in every wave there is a moment to stop and enjoy. My mission is to recover the ritual of the aperitif, that slow moment that tastes like a conversation, a salty breeze, and the golden light of the sunset.
Bikini Azul isn't just a drink; it's a way to live more slowly, to celebrate the beauty in simplicity. Each bottle you bring to your table encapsulates the work of expert hands, select ingredients, and the soul of this Mediterranean where I grew up.
I choose grapes grown in small fields, many of them inherited and cultivated with a deeply rooted tradition of grape harvesting. Each terrace and each vine holds a story, and I harvest them with respect, paying a fair price to those who care for the land. Thus, each sip is also a gesture that keeps the hands, traditions, and landscape of this region alive.
It's a project created and driven by women, with the determination and sensitivity of those who take care of every detail so that nothing is casual and everything is special.
