PRICING POLICY

All prices shown on the website include VAT and any other applicable taxes and are expressed in Euros. However, these prices do not include shipping costs, which are detailed separately and must be accepted by the customer or user.

SHIPPING COSTS
We ship to all of Spain, including the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, and Ceuta and Melilla. Shipping costs for mainland Spain are €3.90 (VAT included) for 48/72-hour delivery and €6.00 ​​for 24-hour delivery. Shipping to the Balearic Islands is €10.00, and to the rest of Spain it is €20.00.

Where applicable, customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer without exception.

DELIVERY TIMES
Products will be received within 24/48/72 hours, depending on the shipping method chosen (business days), after the order is placed for deliveries within mainland Spain. For deliveries outside mainland Spain, deliveries will be made within 5 business days after the order is placed. These delivery times apply to purchases made before 2 PM; all orders placed after this time will be processed the following day.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

• We hope this doesn't happen, but if you're not happy with the shipment you received, you can return it by contacting us through:
  • Email info@bikiniazul.com and you must return the merchandise to us in the best possible condition. We will give you the instructions. RETURNS ARE FREE.
  • You can make the return as long as the bottles are unopened and their seals are intact.
  • The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with any included accessories or gifts.
  • The return period is 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
  • The merchandise must be packaged in the same way as we sent it, so as to avoid breakage.
  • If there is any damage upon return of the merchandise, we will not issue a refund for said damage.
  • The refund will be processed once we have verified the correct condition of the merchandise.
  • The amount will be refunded according to the same payment method used.

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept payment by Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards.
The previous system uses measures, certificates, and protocols that guarantee the security, confidentiality, and non-repudiation of transactions. BIKINI AZUL will not have access to your payment information, which will be processed directly by the aforementioned providers.

WARRANTY

When the purchased product presents a lack of conformity because it does not correspond to the characteristics offered, the customer will have the right to redress.
