PRICING POLICY

All prices indicated on the website include VAT and any other applicable taxes and are expressed in euros. However, these prices do not include shipping costs, which are detailed separately and must be accepted by the customer or user.

SHIPPING COSTS
We ship to all of Spain, including the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla. Shipping costs for the peninsula are €3.90 (VAT included) for 48/72 hour shipments and €6.00 ​​for 24 hour shipments. Shipping costs for the Balearic Islands are €10.00, and for the rest of the world, €20.

Where applicable, customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer without exception.

DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT
Products will be received within 24/48/72 hours, depending on the shipping method chosen (business days) after placing the order for shipments within the peninsula. For shipments outside the peninsula, deliveries will be made within the next 5 business days after placing the order. These times apply to purchases made before 2:00 PM. All orders placed after that time will be recorded as placed the following day.

PAYMENT METHODS
Payment is accepted with Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards.
The above system uses measures, certificates, and protocols that guarantee the security, confidentiality, and non-repudiation of transactions. BIKINI AZUL will not be able to access your payment details, which will be processed directly by the above providers.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

  • We hope this doesn't happen, but if you are not happy with the shipment you received, you can return it by contacting us at:
    • Email info@bikiniazul.com and you must send us the merchandise in the best possible condition, but you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
    • You can return the product as long as the bottles are unopened and their seals are not broken.
    • The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and with any accessories or gifts included, if applicable.
    • The return period is 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
    • The merchandise must be packaged in the same way as we shipped it, to prevent breakage.
    • If there is any breakage when returning the merchandise, we will not refund said breakage.
    • The refund will be effective once we verify the correct condition of the merchandise.
    • You will be refunded using the same payment method you used.

WARRANTY

When the purchased product presents a lack of conformity due to not corresponding to the offered characteristics, the customer will have the right to remedy.
